It is shocking and heart-breaking to witness the sheer disregard for human lives, careers and families by Andromeda, a company that not only shattered dreams but also pushed people to the brink of despair. Illicit Recruitment Practices : Andromeda issued offer letters through their official email IDs to selected candidates, who left their steady jobs to join Andromeda believing that the company would give them a fruitful career. With all communication in writing these people had every reason to believe in an upcoming secured career in Andromeda. 2. Unjust Termination : Within 15 days of joining these people were asked to leave. No Warnings, No Performance Review, No Prior Communication whatsoever. What's more disturbing is that none of these were disclosed in the interview nor in the offer letter. If performance within 15 days was to be the deciding factor why was this concealed? 3. Ruining Lives without cause : Can a company genuinely assess performances within 15 days of joining? This seems less like performance evaluation and more like playing with people's career. Families have been affected, with sole-breadwinner losing their livelihoods. People who were once in a secure job now face an uncertain future. Some are even contemplating ending their lives due to this heartless treatment. 4. Unacceptable practices must stop : If Andromeda stands in a glass house, it shouldn't throw stones. Playing with people's lives is isn't just unethical, its destructive. They have destroyed the careers and lives of many, leaving them without an income, a future or hope. Some people are even contemplating extreme measures to ensure the world knows. From organizing viral videos of protest against top executives to exposing these misdeed in the press, there is an growing anger. People are standing up and saying "NO MORE".
