There is no on job training for fresheners , hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain some times.

It's is good platform for unemployed youth to improve communication skills.The training program conducted in passed is excellent.The work environment is very nice.

The only thing I am disappointed with apssdc is there is no job security.

Self training on platforms auto desk, coursera., Good resources to learn new technologies., Conducting hands-on workshop to the students with components of controllers like 8051 and Arduino and different sensors by using Embedded c programming..it's really good experience to work with different components.. conducted workshop in more than 30 engineering and diploma colleges in Andra Pradesh..visited many colleges trained thousands of students and received good feedback and complements from both students and college management., And visited famous places near by colleges with colleagues..it's really APSSDC was a good platform.. almost I learnt many things while working in this company.....Read More

It's really good platform for freshers but only drawback is to travelled to many colleges in a short period of time.. actually workshop duration for each college is 3 to 6 days based on college management.. we faced problem with travelling for every 3 days to the colleges with components..they provide accommodation and travelling expenses but it's hard to travelling during short period of time.....Read More
