Nothing. Boss is just doing timepass. there is no support in Covid 19 Lockdown. very greedy boss. selling cheap material at high price.

Dislikes

Everything. No Staff Co ordination, Boss has No Vision, No Faith on Anyone, Only interested in own money. don't think of his employees. Boss only kills his time from 10am to 6pm. full day meetings and meetings. no increase in sales or not interested in improving infrastructure or quality.

Work Details

I worked very hard and was loyal to company. but in Covid crisis he is not able to pay salaries to his employees. and now cutting D.A., Medical expenses, Leaves and salaries of Some Employees. (75 year old company has no money to pay his staff for 2 mnth.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
