The only good thing about Anarock is they provide good salary and that too on time.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Except salary, there's nothing to like about the company. They will treat you as if you're their servants. The VPs and AVPs are so dominant that they don't care about you at all. Anarock doesn't have a good culture at all. They expect alot from freshers as if they are so experienced and even experienced are not able to fulfill, then how freshers will do. Not a good place for freshers.

It is only good when you want to enter into the real estate industry, else nothing is good

Incentives is delayed, there is no work life balance. Company only supports you when you are at the top in numbers and if your number goes down during some week then they'll forget all of your months of performance. Anarock write in their tagline as Strategic management but they are just a manpower supplier. You just have to keep onrunning doing sourcing sourcing even if you are very good in closing the deals....Read More
