Owners mr.khanna is nature and mam Ms.Achika she hv handle the hotel opration vry well .the culture of this hotel is vry nice .

Director housekeeper is not good vry rude . I left my job only for her becoz she doing mantel harassment, partiality.

Training in Bihar school of yoga practices. Fixed routine inspite of the rotational shift, organization and systematization. Cleanliness, exposure to reputed guests and clients. A platform for advocacy of yoga to the world. Job promotions, tips, bonuses and other benefits. Working in a spa/hotel environment.

Dislikes

Salary Cut during pandemic. Precautions for health/injuries onsite. Food for staff can be healthier and one can gain adequate support from other departments, colleagues or higher authorities in maintaining and doing the job.

The company salaries are less and lot of internal politics. The company only keeps you so long as you are useful. The management doesn't address staff issues and takes their own sweet time to respond. There is visible hierarchy and new comers do feel every bit out of place.
