Manager is also supportive but didn't understand how the research team is responsible for the revenue as they are only collecting data. overall, everything is good.

I joined this company with high hopes, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The company's focus on targets without providing training for new joiners challenging work environment. One of the major drawbacks is the strict penalties for not meeting targets or being late.
