I'm working in this organization for quite a long time and it's always been a pleasure working here. I got 100% work satisfaction which encourage me to continue working here. I really enjoy working in a team environment and learned a lot by collaborating with clients. Also, we get to chance to work with different departments, seniors, and individuals to coordinate the various aspects of our work which help us develop our skills and expertise. I joined this company with high hopes, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The company's focus on targets without providing training for new joiners challenging work environment. One of the major drawbacks is the strict penalties for not meeting targets or being late. Deducting salaries for not achieving targets pressureAdditionally, the company's practice of deducting salaries for late logins overall negative atmosphere. Micro monitoring. No work life balance, since it's a start up company you have to work overtime. Unnecessary rules by hr, notice period is 02 months, no salary will be paid during notice period and you will get full and final settlement after 30 days after your completion of notice period or sometimes before. No job security.

It's been three months, and I learnt a few new things about research. The work environment in the office is good. We get good guidance from our seniors. Everybody treats each other with respect. Working here is a good stepping stone for a career in Research Field.

As I am working with this organization and the team I never felt the pressure the entire environment is very smooth: Workspace, Work culture, Weekends off. Ya, it's all about Data mining and Email marketing in the research department but you will get to learn many more things over here rather than this. Management : when it comes tothe management I must say everything is very flexible no glitches and no clashes between the management team and employees. The owner is very nice, polite and works smartly with the team. Benefits: Salaries are never on hold no matter what + the incentive structure over here is very attractive.
