As a newly launched company we could be part of the expansion process and learn the tricks of the trade. The working environment was relaxed. Work from home options were plenty.

Dislikes

Some supervisors were very demotivating and would not support growth opportunities in the company. There was a good amount of company politics and certain people were favored over the others. Salary is also quite disappointing when compared to the amount of work allocated. There were no recreational activities or team building. Zero value for employee satisfaction.

Work Details

It was a good start for my career but it was not suitable long term. Pay scale is low and the job gets monotonous unless they give you a promotion (the chances of which are low) . I suggest it to freshers who are interested in digital marketing.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
