I think Amzur is really a good place to start your career. Work Life balance is good but depends on the nature of work . People working there are in general nice and management is responsive and give a patient hearing to your grievances and tries to resolve them at the earliest but Company policies have changed now and they have become stringent now. As far as job security is concerned, god knows the best. It really depends on the circumstances but still assured that you are still in safe hands. The main thing is they are not really growing enough even after their 15 years of presence in the market and salary is abysmal.
