Worst culture in the north region by north head - Cruel is a word which is very low when it comes to the north region head who calls the team to speak against him in front of HR to prove his innocence. Very sad the HR should have done anonymously and individually to know the real story Shouting, demoralizing, making personal commenton individual are his traits. Amway as a company is good but never work for such boss who goes to every limit to insult you in front of everyone , put pressure on sale each day and also ask us to put pressure on ABO to get sales .
