Salary Structure is quite good to manage healthy life style near to stay near Ahmedabad. The Cause of this organization is also good that, it supplies quality products (milk & other milk products) to the area of Ahmedabad & nearby.

1. There are no legal aid team. 2. Duty hours are maximum for feild stuffs / Shift wise duty are not avilable for out door stuffs or chilling centre stuffs.

Force to push slow moving items/already expired items/ near to expiry items to Distributor. No help from seniors. 20-30% damage claim settlement to Distributor. They expect 15-20% month on month growth with this policy. Some Product managers are just bogus. No market knowledge only twaddle. Employee perks and benefits are very low compared to industry. Management pass all works to the field sales force. Current MD is just dreaming without solving any issues we are facing in ground level.
