This is the worst Hospital , joining Amrita hospital Faridabad is the biggest mistake of my life ,very biased management they don't even respect their staff less pay and more workload they don't give preference to the seniority, i won't recommend anyone to work here , it was a terrible experience of working at Amrita hospital Faridabad

No good increament, extra hours duty, diagnostic 25% only,if you do 2 hours duty so,no over/c/off and if you get late or early departure 11 minutes so you half day marks no cover your extra duty hours,if you want one day leave you have to three PL leave apply no cL apply, maximum leave lepse every,no any leave pay after clearance, no benefits of leave.

I am working as a Research Nurse here.Everything is good about my team and project.

I have recruited as a Research Nurse and now they are asking and putting the responsibilities of an infection control nurse even if I have no experience in that particular area. They are doing it on influence and it is significantly affecting my actual work. There Is a staff shortage and they have to appoint new staffs with required qualification.

They mentally harass female doctors. If you report that to HR, HR will conduct a fake meeting inside a hall with all the male doctors to further torture and harass the female doctor who has filed the complaint. Dr Danish will always stay under the influence of drugs even on-duty hours. He parties with other junior male doctors and asks females to cover the shifts of other doctors who he parties with. No sanction for leaves and if you happen to take leaves for your exams or a family emergency, they will not pay you for months. They have not paid many doctors for 2-3 months. They threaten to ruin the careers of junior doctors and will force them to resign. HR Sonalika has no work ethic, doesn't know how to respect female doctors and will gossip about the dress sense of females with other male doctors. Your mental peace will be totally ruined if you happen to work in the ortho department alongside Varun & Alokik.
