Seniors, incharges, as well as supervisors all are supportive. No unwanted phone calls after shift ends or in leave days. Secured job if you haven't done a huge mistake. Eventually your seniors will be there to cover up (From reaching HR) the incidence if possible.

You've to work like hell. Too much extra duty, over duty, double duty, no leave. Nothing. Only work like hell. Get up- go to hospital- get back from hospital- sleep- repeat 🔁, just forget your name, your family, your personal life, everything.....

Over Working load..you to take over job allocation normal days which is not recommended by NABC and apricial given by how much butter you can use to your Manager...there are no respect of senior

Before integration of Manipal Amri was no 1 Hospital in Bhubaneswar as well as odisha good culture with good environment but after integration with manipal pathetic situation is creating day by day

New HR head of Manipal Hospital (Amri hospital) is the worst HR I had ever seen if any staff go to the HR department for problem solving she just told you that you'll discuss with your manager, No dressing sense with 0 knowledge

In name of corporate they run advanced PHC . No learning no research no teaching no good patient care and all of them work in 3 different places for extra money .
