Recently terminated without any reason, local head with HR form a Nexus to collect perk from employee to provide job and for that reason they terminated old loyal employees without any reason, paycut 60% during covid period. Management always biased and never cross-examine the fact, irrational decision and no respect for doctors

It was a good experience there, though work satisfaction was sometimes became a little issue, but over all nice. As I was a trainee so during lockdown they gave me ful leave for my safety.

Dislikes

That was a nice experience at AMRI hospital. But sometimes my HOD behaved so rudely and sometimes I asked to do some unnecessary tasks between my works and those actually affect and slowdown my works.

Before integration of Manipal Amri was no 1 Hospital in Bhubaneswar as well as odisha good culture with good environment but after integration with manipal pathetic situation is creating day by day

New HR head of Manipal Hospital (Amri hospital) is the worst HR I had ever seen if any staff go to the HR department for problem solving she just told you that you'll discuss with your manager, No dressing sense with 0 knowledge

In name of corporate they run advanced PHC . No learning no research no teaching no good patient care and all of them work in 3 different places for extra money .
