I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. A great team, working on a cool product! No communication gaps among team members, no hierarchical issues with regards to work environment / team. A sense of good understanding within the team. Mostly work from home (No signs of fuss from management as long as work is getting done) Bonus / over time pay / compensation all in place.

We have a great team here at Amplify, I was there from the initial days of this company, I see a lot of learning and team bonding happening within the team.
