Good work but not appropriate environment and management. Not good company policies of HR.

There is lots of politics and management does not hear but act as they want. No career growth. Work Details

Job was good struggled at starting as had to manage store instead of Operations in Mumbai. Also have supported to open new branches. As tried and learnt many tings but appointed a person and sacked me without making me know why i was not fit for the job.
