Good work but not appropriate environment and management. Not good company policies of HR.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and management does not hear but act as they want. No career growth. Appointed as Operations Manager but wanted to handle online Meatigo as well as Ample Foods Operations as well as logistics too. When asked confirmation after Six Months have mailed Three months extension but asked to leave after two monthsas where using me to handle projects of new cold storage built up once done have asked to leave immediately. But good pay Master have cleared all my dues. Waiting for PF clearance....Read More

Work Details

Job was good struggled at starting as had to manage store instead of Operations in Mumbai. Also have supported to open new branches. As tried and learnt many tings but appointed a person and sacked me without making me know why i was not fit for the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
