Everything. No timely increment. no recognition of work. Boss use to come at 2 p.m. and make you stay still late night

Likes

The owners are good but the people in top management are biased. They give good salary in top position.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & people are not helpful. There's no appraisal. Training & Learning programs are not available. Colleagues are not helpful. CEO micro-manages everybody & everything, which is not called for. He never gives a clear answer to the management.

No extra work load and timing. Co-operative top management.

Dislikes

Human Resource Department , Lead by worst people. Very rude and unsupportive however, company took the note of it and have already removed some.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
