No promotion and Designation will be given. Manager are not help you in any position. Top manager and management are maintaining toxic culture in office Environment. No benifit will be given if you work overtime to complete the task.

Management is very worst they didn't give respect to the woman In COVID-19 situation where I m staying is in under curfew n so it's not possible to travel everyday Management not giver a work from home n they told me thy I have to come everyday in office for work which is not possible even my area is in red zone I send them a notice which held by Mumbai Police then management says tht govt is opened everything so you have to came at office to work Even management says tht if there any patients in you society you have to come no matter wht So I don't think it's a good decision by management...Read More
