The people here is tereible, you can get a offer here quickly but you cant withstand here for long. People here they will talk about each and every movemnets about us. Always demotivated, they will wait for a chance for our fall and talk trash about it. This is my first job, but i felt so worried about working here both physical and mental. Mainly salary . Im a design engineer here, its too low for a design engineer. I've a family to run but it seems i cant make it.
