Well, the most important thing I would like to share here is about the discipline and kindness among the seniors. Supervisors and line leaders are use to be very supportive except some ill-natured. HRs here are most versatile as compared to others. Canteen facility is quite good. Payments and work both are satisfying.

Dislikes

Company policies are good but cumbersome at some extent like mobiles are not allowed to bring inside factory premises, such rules create headache for migrant employees like me for whom calling parents is must or made compulsory by parents. So, they expect to curb all the relations with others while working for them.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Too much faster and somewhat cumbersome too.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
