I experienced of partiality specially while u r working as a casual worker. In a canteen there is a lot of partiality i faced. Bcoz the meal for casual worker & staff there is a huge difference . & If ur performance is good , u r coordinate with collegu & ur seniors after all of this there u dont get a opportunity to work as a company roll or according to confirmation management of this company very bad . There is a huge partiality i hv an experienced specially canteen lot of difference between staffs & casual workers meal. Also company doesn't gives u a chance to working as a company roll or confirmation specially ur performance is well.
