What I am thinking is there are lots of transformation happening in each area in terms of Digitalization, Digital Eco System is getting advanced for Parents, Students, Employees which require adoption by the Employees, parents and students. Rate of change needs to be handle with sensitivity and planning at each level.

Worst Top Management ever. Salary never paid on time Many Shell and shady companies that are blacklisted by Government of India

Life will become unbearbale due to continuous harrassment by Top and middle management. Will need to for get self respect. You will be micro managed Continous words of firing and humiliation will start coming to you from Management after 30 days of joining.

Didn,t experience few pros like canteen and few people who are professional and still have some self respect left. High starting salary but any professional won;t last for more than 6 months due to toxic work culture

unethical and unstable organization from career perspective. Believes and hire and fire policy and looks for scapegoat. No professional employee is staying above 6 months due to internal politics and verbal abuses and harassment by management.
