What I am thinking is there are lots of transformation happening in each area in terms of Digitalization, Digital Eco System is getting advanced for Parents, Students, Employees which require adoption by the Employees, parents and students. Rate of change needs to be handle with sensitivity and planning at each level.

It is a torture place, horific office politics with a unprofession working environment and no ethics. No one is able to survive beyond 1 year due to internal politics and constant verbal abuses harassment by founder. Unethical practices rampant accross all business verticals
