Comparatively better testing facility than other startups but for testing you'll be asked to go to Coimbatore facility.

No process oriented enginnering. No leadership skills from higher management as most of them are incapable who just want to do some random works to show off to higher management.

Top management is good but reporting manager is very harsh at work no training period they will throw out without any notice period.

Dislikes

If you're are not liked by your manager you will be torched to leave the job immediately and hr department will make some drama to remove you from the company and the monthly salary also will not be credited you will be fined once you leave the organisation the senior officer will be like a stranger to help you

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give fair salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
