Worst HR Leaves structure horrible No recognition of overtime hardwork Greedy senior management No structure for career growth No structure for salary growth No planning for proper appraisal. Even for people who’ve given over a decade of their life to company. Only people who stay here for long time are the ones who are not confident to look for and consider better opportunities.
