I would say, the image of a company depends on its personnel, not its Top most management. In a big/any organization, there are so many big bosses who actually control their departments to show off their bossism and leave an impact of the organization accordingly. If ur boss is good, you feel ur company heavenly like, if not, then is a hell. So, we should really not badmouth. Because, it's really tough for the top management to be aware of these scenario. So cannot blame. However, though me & all my teammates are always unable to make our bosses happy with our sincere work (by even doing our work throughout the day to till 4 am in the morning) and get shouting at all the time, ONLY GOOD PART is to get salary almost within time and during this pandemic situation too.
