i am happy to work here ,its pleasant environment , there is no pollution but the thing is its too far away from city , its located near Mumbai-Pune highway but their is travelling facility has been arranged by college, lot of scope has been given to the personal development and as well as Carrier also.

The Department is nice and the campus is great.

The location of the university is terrible! The Management and the HR are the absolute worst. Lack of professionalism from them and more of dictatorship by the management. Absolutely no growth and benefits.

Its a chilled place to work at! You need not be very competent and intelligent to work at. No body rigorously monitor your work, you just have to be good in marking attendance on time, keep quiet, be little well spoken. That's it! Teach four subjects for namesake, no matter how you deal with it, just at the end, all the students should be happy i.e. they should be convinced that they understood the subject and passed with flying colors.
