No advancement in career, it was just like to listen and do the work. No way to tell seniors that this is not correct process or else.

Dislikes

No guidance, no proper way of working, 20 years old computer and laptop are used to work and provide support on them. Did not see any future alignment to upgrade. Only to listen company senior team for no meaningful work and learning. Every day I use to work for additional hours for no rewards .
