Double speaking management. Zero Employee favorable policies. If you can blackmail the management using your position then you will get a good appraisal / increment. Work does not matter. Working hours are fixed. It doesnt matter if you come early or late, you have to complete 9 hours by 9 pm. Employees working in the ground floor require a permission slip to go to the first floor. Is it a jail?
