Many things. Organization is being run by bunch of lost people with no vision and direction. No growth, No development, bad pay, no PF or any other perks. Complete exploitation and if one works here for more than 5 years then it becomes very difficult to get other job in market as there is no skill development.

Unstructured and illogical decision making, no clarity of their hiring strategy, they hire people at lower salaries which is disclosed to them later, no employee benefits and much more.l

90% of people's JDs change every month. While I was in B2B sales, meeting clients daily required 2-3 approvals for each meeting.
