No work life balance. Every time there is work pressure. Everyone is running for rewards hiding their mistakes, blaming others as much as they can and praising themselves. Bad Politics. Specially L4 team.

Work is interesting but you have to complete it in strict timelines and under pressure always so you will get irritated until you get expert in that field sometime you get irritated even if you are expert or experienced.

Work from home has been given as per government lockdown earlier WFH was not available even when recurssive request of employees for 2 days in month for WFH.
Job security - Good
Dislikes
Teammates are hardworking but almost all joined as freshers in the company. Hence knowledge spreading was just around the product. All teamates are working at same pace for same product even they are of varying experience.
Pros:
1. Learning will be good for freshers.
2. Good company to start your carrer for full stack development.
3. Got to the know the politics which occurs on highet management side.
Cons:
1. You will not be given appraisal as per your hardwork all depend on supervisor (manager).
2. Old juniors developers will preffered to work and planning instead of newly joined senior developer. Also if are older employee and knows much about product you will given more work at same pay and newly joined senior developer will given same work with less expectations at higher pay. This might be awful for some people.
