Overall, its a good cash rich company with very good culture but the culture is worst in case you join a bad leader.

Dislikes

There are a few leaders (One with initials as B.S. - he is a super bullsh**) who are non-technical, do not understand the technology, efforts, and integrity of others working under them. They work with ill intention, and with jealous nature and have a biased approach and inhumane nature. Even if that means screwing the careers of the others, they simply don't care. In fact, a favourism is there towards people from South India. Promotions are towards them and efforts of theirs gets appreciated a lot compared to North Indian people. Without any reason they also mark people as unfit for rehire in case a person leaves organisation after being harassed. There is no whistleblower protection for anyone who reports a bad incident with proofs involving supervisor (having a big title like Director or Senior Director), in fact they gets reprimand for reporting the issue....Read More
