ATC is supporting in terms of payments of employees. We receive payments on time, furthermore, no salary cut or hold happened during and after the Covid-19 lockdown when other corporate was suffering. Noone was told to left the job.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor here. People at the higher, middle or lower level doesn't read mails even if they do, they do not understand it. Nobody follow the procedure defined by the company. No work appreciation. There is no growth in terms of skills. Moreover, it doesn't matter to them whether you are skilled or good at work, they will pay you poorly because their HR doesn't understand you work and your degrees and your college.
