Job security is good, appraisals are not that much. From growth perspective its on the lower side. Work pressure is less.

There is nothing in internal audit team which you can like about, it is a rotten team of a drowning company.

Dislikes

Psychopath managers in internal audit team, they are zero in audit skills, completely incompetent team. You will regret if you join.

The company is well structured and work you are doing is transparent to all of your peer employee in other regions of the globe and that's makes this company amazing. Higher management in this company is also very good and supportive
