They have start hiring people those are having good English spoken skills, no matter how much domain knowledge the candidates have. If you speak well during the interview , 80% of your job is done. No input to the program teams from CD, MEL, HR team, they just behave like the donors and put extra pressure on program team.

AIF executes project on a very effective cost and mode, the thought to engage with the available skilling infrastructure through partnership with academic institutions is a great way to leverage the resources and amplify the project reach.

Dislikes

I believe AIF shall rework skill/ human resource mapping for their projects. They are not able to utilise or engage with their consultants more effective. No recognition and rewarding policy for the consultants. They should value the resource and the quality of work being delivered. Lots of streamlining and restructuring required to sustain the ongoing progress.
