It was a great experience working in American Express Global Business Travel. It was a new way of learning different facets in Workforce Management. Overall a really great experience with nohesitatio in handing over the new responsibilities within WFM.

No matter how good u work, you will not rise unless u are good fawner to your immediate boss. The whole upper hierarchy is working for one or two people to stay in job and not for business. Nothing to learn. It's a bpo and not a travel agency. If you want to learn work with small companies and if you can compromise and does not want to grow, join it....

Nothing I've learnt being worked in GBT, it was the worstest co. i had ever work in my whole career, nothing professional no one professional, only Sycophant survival exist. I've lost all of my skills ,my core profile skills due to dictatorship in this co.
