Best in travel management companies, great culture and diversity, work life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation is not so great, no sign of salary raise. Annual review is just part of company policies, no raise even during promotion. Designation doesn't matters, travel Counselor or senior or lead everyone has same duties, growing opportunities are less.

I quit as I had to relocate temporarily, on a personal basis, for an indefinite period, but given the opportunity, I would gladly return to AMEX GBT.
