It was a great experience working in American Express Global Business Travel. It was a new way of learning different facets in Workforce Management. Overall a really great experience with nohesitatio in handing over the new responsibilities within WFM.

No matter how good u work, you will not rise unless u are good fawner to your immediate boss. The whole upper hierarchy is working for one or two people to stay in job and not for business. Nothing to learn. It's a bpo and not a travel agency. If you want to learn work with small companies and if you can compromise and does not want to grow, join it....
