Likes

All the employees of this company are fully cooperative and helpful.And here we gain complete knowledge of Axle manufacturing and assembly.

Salary - Good
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Work pressure is little high and and as we know this is a fast growing company but it will manage day by day with the help and cooperation of everyone.

Work Details

As you know I'm intern in this company right now but after this if they provide me PPO, It will a good opportunity for me to explore my knowledge and sharpen my mind and also take experience from our seniors.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
