Back office (BC) - GL and TL rude behaviour. Toxic environment. GL force to work 10 to 15 hrs. GL and TL not listening employee issue. They set work target for new employee or experience same. For new joinner GL want to train any process within 1 month and start working 2nd month with 100% efficiency and 3rd month you need to worklike 4-5 experience with 150% or 200% efficiency. One of the third class work environment, leads and management are too much eggoest, no value for employees hardwork, promotion getting only on basis of chatugiri, employees can not able to meet HR, only manager give whatever feedback want to give to HR,notice period employee must go through torchering from leads and you can not able to reach out to HR, Overall non professional people.

Team lead doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Only you will have to learn the process on your own responsibility which sometimes demotivating.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
