You get free food, there are lots of event ( if you get time to attend), you may get to work on multiple projects, opportunity to work with latest technology.

In my team, manager was horrible, service like couture, no work life balance, too much work, no time to learn anything new, manager has all the power. Company is good but do little research about your would be manager.
