Amcor is a Excellent company better than other flexible companies but Amcor is not gud increase the salary and Horse and Donkey are both same here. I means That Amcor is not understood the value of educated people in shop floor.

As quality wise team get together with technicians ,incharges & quality team for sustaning & improving for further level & get discuss on production waste conrol points on process wise, RM & OLRs & reducing the customer complaints &Voiceof Customers.Do NPD for different job product & make easy the process for our co workers.Give time to time trainings & meetings on Food Safety, HACCP ,product safety,failure points & come with new challenges on waste control,recycling, reusing & many more points on workers safety....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
