Some policies are taken from Reality which is nice, some staffs are very supportive.

Dislikes

No proper process followed, planning does not work, vendors are sub standard. Often experience blame game

The work culture, environment, job security as well as the learning that we get is immense, given an opportunity to prove our worth.

Dislikes

The pay structure can be given some thought. Experience can be rewarded in a better way, much scope in that.

Work Details

There is work pressure but also a good chance to learn new things. Something which will help in personal growth.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
