Appreciate that company conducts comprehensive training programs for us. Completely satisfied with the training program. I find it impactful. It is very effective especially while working on day-to-day tasks.

Sometimes, there happens internal conflicts, but that's temporary, and get resolved quickly.

I appreciation the company's support towards gender equality. Notably, key departments such as HR and the marketing division are led by women. Besides, women workforce here is well enough within the company which I guess make everything clear about women empowerment in this company.

It's wonderful being a part of this workplace, mainly because of the friendly environment, great ambiance, flexible dress code policy, and the presence of intellectual colleagues.

I am a part of the R&D team, and this is the place where you are allowed to innovate and come up with new ideas. Desired degree of freedom is provided. Interactions keep the atmosphere light and lively. Experimentation is an integral part of our job. Just too good!

You will get to experiment with new ideas and try out different things. This ensures your growth in terms of the knowledge gained & information gathered. Team leads and the managers are supportive of this and provide encouragement. A culture of flexibility is practiced which helps employees explore and create new things.

They are open minded and of the accepting kind. E.g. a certain level of flexibility is offered as far as the dress code policy is concerned. Your views are given importance and you can freely share your ideas. Worked on a variety of endavours till this point. My career shaping up just as expected.

There is no bias seen and we also get the equal chance like the mens ones. The mgmt. & the everyone believe in the womens empowerment and on practical basis. More than 50% womens there in production and many dept. also lead by the womens. It is proud

Half day count after you completing 6.5 hours. Actually it should be 4.5 as per my thinking.
