I think everything... This is not bank.. This is gossiping market .if you don't have gossiping skill then bank will terminate you for no reason.. Main skill require chit chat with other staff.. Whether you perform your work correctly or not is not important but chit chat is important as per owner of the bank.. Management and committee unable to find out what is correct and what is wrong also not able to provide reason for termination of employees.. Actually in reality there is no such valid reason.. Very disturbing environment. No professional behaviour among employees. Never accept their mistakes. All personal works are done in offices. Not at all supporting their staffs. Unhealthy environment. Salary is too low. Employees are terminated without any explanation and no prior notice. Continuous gossiping. New joinees are targeted.
