Excellent wok culture & work like balance.Superiors will always praise & support their subordinates.If some one is good & loyal to their assignment then they are always appreciated, managers are very flexible.

The work culture in AMBANK is very friendly & the scope of learning is quite impressive,also I enjoy all these small programs such as POTLUCK & other parties which will be quite interactive & helps to break the ice among colleagues from different department with a healthy interaction.

Dislikes

The job security depends hugely on the project requirements & budget,also they way you work. So , I can't relax much in work as you need to maintain a good reputation with your work.
