I like that Amazon is kind of flexible.

I dislike that I was promoted to this department and I haven't been able to get out of it since. The rules change daily, there isn't any structure, management is lacking, co workers are not reprimanded unless you make a huge scene about it, and some of us just want to work as an adult, not a child or petty co worker who influences your work. I've seen good co workers quit this department after working years for Amazon. Remote positions only apply to whoever is in good graces with upper management. You are never appreciated at stand-up, just told about how something should have been done better<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. I really feel miserable going in and sitting in one spot for now 10 hours when it was 12 looking at four computer screens and acting as customer service now</mark>.
