From a skill development standpoint freshers can benefit a lot starting at Amazon. The company offers flexibility in terms of work life balance.

Amazon's Policies is best for the employees. However, Amazon Transportation Services in india is working very well to twist those policies and use the people in the worst possible way. Finally, it is Management in Amazon Transportation Services india operations is trying to twist the policies in such a way that they can use the Indians the way they want.

The Indian managers are using the company's policies with all its loopholes and faults to make use of people in their own way.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
