I am from delhi and everytime at interview i told the team that my preference is Delhi NCR or till lucknow i am ready to kove but they gave me tier 3 rural area Deoria, and there i faced lot of heath issue in this pendemic situation. Then i asked the HR to relocate me i am ready to take salary cut as well vut he denied and asked me to try for fee days you will get settle. But now i put my resignation and he accepted and now my heath is totally disrupted and my mental health as well, consulting with Psychologists. The process is quite good but HR ais jot supportive, there might be some exception for relocation but he denied to offer me anythinh even knowing about the location i have been offered and the heath issue i had faced at that location.

Its 24*7, no work life balance, i am suffering from mental illness now consulting psychologist after resigning from the post, no support from HR
